Introduction:
- HNDFNGO is India’s premier registered Human Rights NGO’s and has been contributing in the service of the Nation for the Protection & Promotion of Human Rights.
- With Privatisation coming into play, has lead to violation of Human Rights in different aspects of common people. Like thousands of working class people are getting retrenched every month without any plan for alternate jobs. Lack of jobs make People move towards committing crimes. Privatisation is good only if it is properly planned and if it doesn’t violate their basic rights or livelihood by honest means. So Privatisation is the biggest challange for the society and also for our Human Rights Organization.
- The HNDFNGO has been serving the people for quite a time. A number of seminars, Conferences, Summits, Camps, Workshops, Projects have been organized and undertaken to educate and spread awareness of their rights and duties. A number of prestigious projects for future are lined up for execution. HNDFNGO is handling more than 50 Human Rights Centeres all over India and has over 5000 members in the organization who are supporting the cause of Human Rights. HNDFNGO has organized several National Programs on Human Rights in different cities of India.
- HNDFNGO, the people of their rights, and duties by educating them of their rights. HNDFNGO has also been encouraging and facilating various prominent personalities who have done commendable work in the arena of Human welfare and protection of Human Rights every year, on the occasion of World Human Rights Day, HNDFNGO felicitates a number of Diplomats, Judges Social workers and leaders for their dedicated contribution towards betterment of the Society.
- All India Human Rights Grievances Association HNDFNGO a vision is to establish an Old Age Home, Orphanage and an Academy for Human Rights studies in near future. And looking forward to establishment of a Primary School for the deprived and underpriliviage children, HNDFNGO is gradually moving towards realization of its dream of completion of the above projects. The contributions of people from all walks of life would be welcome. Without the help of every individual No jobs can be accomplished.
- HNDFNGO is working for poor, down-trodden, women, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, Handicapped, Children, Labour, Factory Workers and other weaker sections of the society to give them justice. The AIHRGA is striving hard to contribute its best towards achieving the Motto “Access to Justice for All”
- HNDFNGO registered in the year 2008 is, with dedication, working for the Noble cause of Human Rights Protection and Promotion, Justice for all, Economic upliftment of the underprivileged and Education.
- We are supported and backed by different NGO’s Corporate Bodies, Embassies and High Commissions, Universities and large base of Members.
- HNDFNGO is purely a Non-Political, Secular NGO operating with the support of its members. In order to bring awareness of Human Rights, We are publishing a Monthly Magazine also.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF HNDFNGO:
- Organize educational and vocational training programme with special focus for deprived sections, women/girls and unemployed youth to provide new skills, the existing skills leading to employment, self employment and income generation.
- To help Disabled, Children Youth, AIDS Patient, Ageing People, Drug Addicts, HIV Victims.
- To Promote Welfare of Labour Union Rights & Economic & Social Development.
- To organize Conferences, Summits, Seminars, Meetings, Discussions, Debates, Study Courses, Collection of Statistics, Exhibitions, Shows, Tour Trips etc.
- To Provide legal aid and advice for the indigent and weaker sections of the society.
- To make people aware of “Human Rights Duties”, privileges, conducting training camps & establish old age homes, residential/vocational schools & Human Rights Camps.
- To promote art & culture, maintain, encourage, assist help centers for promotion of Human Rights.
- To promote social progress and better standards of life and activity in co-operation with the Government of India and other countries to promote Human Rights Education.
- To open Training Camps and Workshops for the development of arts, plays and Culture and raise funds through subscriptions, donations, trade to fulfil the aims and Objects.
- To Establish and Conduct centers of treatment and rehabilitation for the victims of violators of Human Rights.
- To actively join hands with the Government of India to promote Human Rights Education and help legal, social and economic discrimination against women and their exploitation in different ways.
- To publish books, journals and directories discrimination against women and their exploitation in different ways.
- To effectively work for gender inequalities, exploitations and injustice as also to encourage/assist talented artists, poets, singers, writers, social workers, journalists, doctors, judges, etc.
- To organize and participate in cultural programmes to foster a spirit of nationalisation to achieve co-operation in solving various problems of economic, social culture of humanitarian character and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights.
- To help freedom fighters, widows/war widows and orphans and running schools, colleges & similar institutions.
- To support and implement any other issues other than what has been mentioned above with respect to Human Rights Violations Globally.
