Introduction:
- Saath is a non-government organization registered as a Public Charitable Trust in Gujarat.
- Since 1989, Saath works with slum residents, migrants, minorities, children, women, youth, and vulnerable people in urban and rural areas.
- Registered under Bombay Public Trust Act of 1950 with the Reg No. E-7257- Ahmedabad.
- Registered with NITI Aayog’s DARPAN with the Registration ID GJ/2017/0115412
- Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 Reg. No.: 041910159
- It is also registered under the Section 12 A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide the registration no. HQ:II/S-37/89-90 and 80(G): DIT (E) / 806(5) /973/2007-08, I.T. PAN AAATS3192D
- Saath has a set of programmes under the various sectors in which it works. I.e. Education, health and sanitation, livelihoods, Urban Governance, and Housing & Shelter. These programmes are functional round the year.
